From the desk of Father Christmas

Thank you all for attending the Friends of Bath Cats and Dogs Home Christmas Coffee Morning.  Christmas seems to come earlier each year and it was pleasing to see so many of you coming along more than four weeks before Christmas Day to support the Friends, who in turn support the Home.  I was touched by the generosity of those of you who left gifts of food for the animals cared for by the Home.
For the dogs we received 3 tins of special easy to digest food, 18 tins of adult food, 9 foil trays of adult food, 8 pouches of adult food, 2 bags of dry specialist vet food and 1 big sack of senior/light dry food.
The cats were given 9 boxes each containing 12 pouches of adult food, 3 tins of adult food and 3 bags of dry adult cat food.
Even the guinea pigs were not forgotten, with 1 bag of dried food.
The Home will always be delighted to receive donations of food for the animals, not only at Christmas but at any time of the year.
Roll on 26 December when I can put my feet up for a rest and recharge my batteries for next Christmas!
Many thanks.
